The scale of regeneration in New East Manchester is unprecedented and as such is constantly monitored. Every three years a major household perception survey is conducted throughout the area and produces significant indicators to progress.

To ensure a consistent and sustainable approach to the regeneration and development of the area New East Manchester also has a number of reports, strategies and frameworks that it draws upon in order to deliver this significant change.
