Progress at November 2008

Rowlinsons’ development for the first phase of the Galston St development of 24 RSL was completed in September 2008. Harrow Estates are awaiting the outcome of their outline planning submission for the former CIBA site.

Masterplanning work is continuing around the development of a Neighbourhood Plan for the area prior to consultation with the community about emerging plans.

The construction of the new Greggs Bakery premises is underway on the land on the corner of Parkhouse St and Greenside St ahead of the relocation of Greggs Bakery by December 2008.
